Who uses Hermy
Hermy is Arlan's personal AI assistant. It is a private app with a single user, Arlan. It is not offered to the public.
What data Hermy accesses
With Arlan's permission, Hermy accesses Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs of the Google account agent.arlan.hermy@gmail.com.
How the data is used
Only to do tasks Arlan asks for: reading and sending email, updating spreadsheets and documents, and storing files. The data is not used for advertising.
Where the data is stored
On Arlan's private server. Google access tokens are stored there and are not shared.
Sharing
The data is not sold and is not shared with third parties. To complete a task, text may be processed by an AI model provider.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
